Welcome to Oakham Cottages.
Based at Oakham Farm and set in the courtyard adjacent to the farmhouse, our holiday cottages are a little haven of peace and tranquility tucked away offering peaceful rural seclusion. Come and enjoy the beautiful Warwickshire countryside and simply relax and enjoy a country break. We have fields full of sheep, woods for strolling through, our own fishing ponds, and you will be welcomed by "Toby" our waggy tailed friendly sheep-dog.
The Cottages
The Cottages offer the finest accommodation, they are completely self contained cottages with full central heating: two cottages sleep 1 the other 4 persons. Set across two floors on entering you will find yourself in a relaxing sitting room, comfortably furnished complete with TV and DVD, magazines, tourist information and books. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, integrated hob and oven, refrigerator, iron, kitchen equipment, cutlery, crockery and wine glasses and tea-towels, all available for your personal use Please note there is no washing machine, however we are able to provide washing facilities and/or drying facilities for you.
You can sit out in the rear courtyard and enjoy a glass of wine, a pint of beer or a pot of tea, you will also be able to make use of the bbq, by prior arrangement should you wish.
Beautiful bedroom with sumptuous surroundings
On the first floor you will find a beautifully furnished bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom. The large roof windows ensure that you have a private and uninterrupted view of the night sky. The bed is fitted with good quality duvet, pillows and patchwork quilt. There are extra blankets available for your use, although we doubt you will need them. The bathroom is generously fitted complete with bath tub, shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer. You will find large soft fluffy towels, toiletries, everything you could possible need. Please note all linen is included in the weekly tariff.

Provisions
You will find a small supply of general stores, all we ask is that you please replace any item that runs out during your stay. We are happy to provide a basic welcome pack for you to include, milk, bread, juice, instant coffee, tea-bags and sugar. Should you wish to have a more substantial hamper of locally sourced groceries, please let us know your requirements, these can be ordered for you and delivered prior to your arrival. Charges vary dependent on the contents of your hamper, please ask for more details. There is a local supermarket just 5 minutes drive away.
Eating Out
There are a number of country pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages all within a short driving distance. Within ten minutes drive you will find the market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, with it's wide array of pubs, inns, restaurants and bistros, where you can stroll and peruse the menus.

Luxurious Extras
If during your visit to us you are celebrating an anniversary or birthday we can, at your request, arrange for champagne, chocolates, flowers, wine or basket of fruit to be placed in the Cottage prior to your arrival, just let us know exactly what you require and we will be happy to discuss options and costs with you.
Our weekly bookings are made from Saturday to Saturday. We do take last minute short break bookings but these are subject to availability, please ask for further details. The weekly rate at present is from 225 to 325 per week, depending on season. These rates includes taxes, extras if ordered, will be charged at the cost agreed at time of ordering.

Complete the Booking Form below & print out the form and send this to us with your deposit/full remittance. Signature on this form denotes to have read and comply with our Terms & Conditions.
Please Note Your booking is not secured until confirmed by Diana or John Hutsby.
We respectfully remind guests that once confirmed a reservation constitutes a contract.
PAYMENT
We accept Sterling Bank or Travellers Cheques, or Cash.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 75 per week booked must be sent within 5 days of your booking being confirmed. The balance is due for payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. Any booking taken less than 8 weeks prior to arrival must be paid in full following confirmation. Please note Short breaks must be paid for in full on confirmation of booking.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the holiday, you will be liable for the full rental. However should we be able to re-let the property, your payment less deposit will be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Reservations of accommodation are accepted on the following terms and conditions. Once a booking has been confirmed by either Diana or Joh Hutsby, we will hold the booking for 5 days until we receive your payment. After this time, dates will be released if no payment is received.
No responsibility of financial liability will be accepted from the Hirer for any accident to them or loss or damage to their property/personal belongings/motor vehicles, whilst at the holiday home, however caused during their stay.
The Hirer undertakes to keep the property and all furniture fixtures and fittings in or on the property, in the same state of repair and condition as was at the commencement of the hire. Any breakages or damage must be reported to the owner and replaced or paid for before leaving.
The number of persons sleeping in the hired property must not exceed the number indicated on the tariff schedule, apart from a baby in a cot. The owners reserve the right to refuse accommodation to any party exceeding the stated number of people.

From the M40 Take the A429 signed Cirencester/Stow on the Wold. Travel on this road for approximately 10 miles by passing the village of Wellesbourne. 4 miles from Wellesbourne, Oakham Farm is situated on the right hand side and is the drive after Oakham Cottage.
From A422 from Stratford-upon-Avon Leave Stratford-upon-Avon on the Banbury Road (A422). Travel on this road for about 5 miles until you reach a major road island, turn left at this island towards Warwick & Wellesbourne, approximately 2 miles on your left you will see the sign for Oakham Farm.
From A422 from Banbury Leave Banbury on A422. Travel on this road for about 10 miles, including a descent of Edge Hill, travelling through the villages of Pillerton Priors and Ettington. On the outskirts of Ettington village you will reach a major road island, turn right at this island towards Warwick & Wellesbourne, approximately 2miles on your left you will see the sign for Oakham Farm.
